YOHN PEREZ | CEO
Yohn Alexander Pérez is a seasoned EPC project professional and certified PMP practitioner with over 30 years of international experience leading large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, power generation, and mining projects. As an Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Supply Chain, Management, and Logistics, he brings a strategic, data-driven approach to project execution and leadership.
His expertise lies in early-phase project planning and structuring, including the development of Business Case Studies, Benefits Management Plans, Project Charters, and comprehensive Project Management Plans. He is highly skilled in the integration of traditional and predictive hybrid methodologies to ensure value creation and alignment with strategic objectives.
Yohn is deeply proficient in project analytics, applying data science principles to perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA), variance and forecasting analysis, and trend assessments—ranging from descriptive to prescriptive insights—to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
He has successfully participated in more than 30 multidisciplinary projects across multiple countries and cultures, managing stakeholders across all stages of the project and product life cycles—from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and operational sustainability. His extensive knowledge spans standards and codes such as ASME B31.1/B31.3/B31.4/B31.8 and API 1104, as well as major industry processes including LNG (Optimized Cascade, C3MR APIC, Mixed Refrigerant), Alkylation, FCCU, petrochemical plants, and refineries.
As the founder and president of the company, Yohn leads with a vision rooted in engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth, while fostering innovation and value generation in every project.
BRANDON PEREZ | TQM
Brandon is a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) professional with over 9 years of expertise in the inspection and management of welding processes, non-destructive testing (NDT), and quality systems within the construction, petrochemical, oil & gas, and power generation industries. Certified as a Level II Inspector under the ASNT-SNT-TC-1A standard in VT, MT, PT, and UT techniques, he brings technical precision and deep field knowledge to every project.
He has successfully led quality teams across major infrastructure and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with international standards such as AWS, ASME, API, and NACE. Brandon also holds an Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 integrated management systems, enhancing his capabilities in process control and continuous improvement.
With a strong foundation in engineering, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative leadership style, Brandon is committed to driving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction through rigorous quality management.
OSVALDO VALERA | CTO
Osvaldo Valera, graduate in Computer Science Engineering in 2012, is the Project Controls Manager with experience in software development, IT, and Project Controls. Currently, he manages the technological infrastructure, develops software, provides technical support, ensures information security, and oversees the integration and monitoring of systems. Additionally, he develops and maintains the activities schedule, monitors and controls costs, identifies and mitigates potential risks, and prepares periodic reports. He is also responsible for document control, ensuring that documents are organized, updated, and accessible to stakeholders, and maintains a record of all document versions to avoid confusion.
